Fees do not exceed the AMA (Australian Medical Association) recommended fees and many fees are well below the AMA recommended fees.
IT IS OUR POLICY TO REQUEST PAYMENT OF ACCOUNTS ON THE DAY OF CONSULTATION.with the availability of Medicare online service the relevant rebate can be reimbursed to patients within a 48 hour period. For your convenience, EFTPOS is available; we also accept cash or cheque.
If for any reason you cannot pay these fees, please ask to talk to the Practice Manager and we would be pleased to discuss options with you to prevent legal action to recover any outstanding debts which will incur an additional cost to the patient.
If you need to cancel or change your appointment we request this is done as soon as possible so that we can re-allocate your time to someone else. If we are not notified, a non-attendance fee may be charged.
Patients are responsible for all legal costs incurred in the recovery of bad debts.
