Clocktower Medical Centre must meet legislated standards for complaints handling. Caroline, our Practice Manager is able to help you with any enquiries you may have in regards to the care of you and your family. She welcomes all feedback from patients whether it be good or bad.  All enquiries or complaints are taken seriously and every measure is taken to ensure information is kept confidential.
